Thomas Biladeau is the Anadromous Project Lead for the Coeur d’Alene Tribe. Tom has worked for the Tribe since 2012, and within Pacific Northwest fisheries since 1999 for other managing agencies such as U.S. States and the U.S. Federal Government. Tom’s current work focuses on restoring salmon runs to blocked habitats upstream of Grand Coulee Dam, and restoring those habitats to ensure salmon will persist in the territories of the Coeur d’Alene Tribe and beyond.
