Shawn Billy is Secwépemc/ St’at’imc, at Neskonlith Indian Band. Shawn has been working with the Shuswap Indian band for the past several years. He’s very excited about the work that is ongoing in returning the salmon home. He is also working with IFFS on food sovereignty.
Shawn is the father of three children who enjoy yearly traditional salmon fishing along the Fraser.
