Norm Allard is a member of the Secwépemc Nation currently working as the Community Planner for Yaqan Nuʔkiy – Lower Kootenay Band of the Ktunaxa Nation. A large portion of his workload since 2017 has included wetland restoration. The Wetlands short film that Norm will be showing in this online event is an introduction to this work and helps provide information about some the history and the importance of re-naturalizing habitats.
