John Krebs is Director of Resource Management, Kootenay Boundary Region, Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development. John represents the Province on Bringing the Salmon Home: The Columbia River Salmon Reintroduction Initiative Implementation Team. He has been working for the Province for nine years in Fish, Wildlife, and Ecosystem stewardship roles. He is currently Regional Manager of Fish & Wildlife under provincial legislation. John previously worked for 20 years for BC Hydro as a natural resource specialist with the Fish and Wildlife Compensation Program. As a passionate enthusiast for the stewardship and recovery of our ecosystems, plants and animals, John seeks solutions in collaboration.
